Files & Uploading

We currently support the upload of the following formats:

  • Document Formats  –  pdf
  • Image Formats  –  jpg,  jpeg,  png,  tiff
  • Spreadsheets  –  csv,  xls,  txt

We highly recommend uploading files 300dpi or greater.  Lower resolution files risk looking grainy when printed.  However, we will print whatever you provide us.

Bleeds are an extra 1/8″ design area around your product’s artwork.  The bleeds ensure that the colors go to the edge of the product after it goes through it’s final cut.  All of our public products assume bleeds.

Example:  An 8.5″ x 11″ product should be designed at 8.75″ x 11.25″

Products

Yes!  Almost, too many to list.  We’ve begun by listing our most common products.  We can put your logo on pretty much anything. Contact us regarding your custom project.

Once you log into your account, your custom products will appear in the Custom Products area, right above our public products.  This is the left sidebar on desktop browsers and towards the bottom on mobile.

If you logged in and still cannot view your custom products, contact us to make sure they have been setup.

Paper

The weight determines how thick and substantial your product will feel.  GSM (grams per square meter) is another common industry term for the weight.  Heavier stocks have more opacity, but also become more prone to cracking on folded edges.
